I am an artist above all. Emotion is the master word that defines me. From as far as I can remember my creativity has always been guided by an emotion. Triggered by a color, a material, a sound, a light, an atmosphere, a memory, they are the source of all creation.
I learned with time that my hands were my best medium, my asset, and that with a little perseverance they could accomplish beautiful things. In an avid and endless quest for discovery, my hands learned to smear inks and paint, pastels and charcoal with every support given to them, to shape clay, to carve wood and stone, to assemble pieces of all kinds to give life to the inert.
Every creative action of my hands provokes a liberating feeling of satisfaction and appeasement, but also of excitement. Seeing at each attempt the progress intensifies a little more and my skills refined, is a raw pleasure, product of perseverance on each of these new challenges.
I have found, through design, a way of making useful these emotional outbursts whose full satisfaction is experienced only when they are shared.
Every project that I conceive must provoke a powerful and intrinsic feeling in his user, make his heart beat in one way or another, if not it is failed.
